I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and I’ve worked in community mental health and the non-profit sector for the last 20+ years. I started my career counselling youth and families in Toronto and then moved into program management in mental health and education.

I’ve always been drawn to the energy and determination that people bring to navigating their life choices and relationships. My approach to working with individuals and families is rooted in exploration and collaboration. I work with warmth and humour to support people in developing their understanding of their strengths, emotions and goals. I work in partnership with families to enhance communication and connection.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, getting outside in nature and being physically active. I’m a parent to three children and appreciate the daily joys and challenges that come with parenting.
